Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the client has expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.
* Important: Consumers will be considered to be natural or legal persons who act in an area other than a business or professional activity. VAPERSART will not accept returns for withdrawal by companies or professionals.
Exceptions to withdrawal:
By its nature, the return due to withdrawal of the following products is excluded: Clearomizers, e-liquids, mouthpieces, batteries whose seal / packaging has been damaged or opened.
All products that require direct contact with some parts of the body, such as clearomizers, mouthpieces, drip tips, whose packaging has been unsealed or the slightest signs of use are detected.
Return conditions:
In cases of wear or deterioration of the property, VAPERSART, will agree with the client the amount to be returned.
The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The client will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. In cases of excessive use of the property, said return will not be accepted. Please decide before using the product whether you are really interested in it.
VAPERSART will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the client, or those merchandise that are returned incomplete, both in their main elements and accessories. The right of withdrawal will not proceed after the indicated period, neither on products subject to fluctuations in a market not controlled by VAPERSART, nor on perishable objects, objects that can be easily reproduced immediately or that by their nature cannot be returned. Neither will the withdrawal of goods or orders that may be considered due to their special characteristics as requested by the client.
Any material that is going to be returned must be presented in perfect condition (original packaging) and then it will be reviewed by our customer service department to be able to manage the refund of its amount.
Returned products that do not have the original packaging may suffer a depreciation in value.
Guarantees and exchange policy:
In the event of a defective product, VAPERSART will proceed to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.
- VAPERSART is responsible for the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of 30 days from delivery.
- The consumer and user must inform VAPERSART of the lack of conformity within 30 days of becoming aware of it.
Technical problems:
If, after our instructions and advice for use, you still have problems with your electronic cigarette, you must send it to our offices in Madrid so that the VAPERSART technical service can check what is happening to your electronic cigarette. If it is a manufacturing defect, a new cigarette would be sent to you and you will be refunded shipping costs would increase.

Consumable parts: Clearomizers, cartridges, disposable cigarettes, e-liquids and atomizers are consumable goods and for safety and hygiene they cannot be returned once used. If you believe you have received an atomizer, clearomizer or liquid in poor condition, you should contact us within a recommended period of time.
It is recommended to change the disposable clearomizers every 15 days, although they can last up to 30 days (depending on the use) since they wear out and have some wicks inside the clearomizer that burn and after these 15 days, they lose their effectiveness and flavor. e-liquid can change and not be as pleasant as at the beginning.
